This Privacy Policy explains how Drim collects, uses, stores, protects, and discloses information when you use our app and related services. Drim is designed for pet owners to manage multiple pet profiles, daily care records, medical visits, behavior and mood tracking, training progress, milestone albums, supplies inventory, and smart reminders. We are committed to handling personal information responsibly and to using it only as necessary to provide and improve the app experience.

By using Drim, you understand that we process information to deliver app features, maintain service reliability, and support your account and content management. We do not sell your data, we do not use your content for advertising, and we do not use third-party AI services to process user data.

Part 2 – How We Use Information

We use information to operate Drim’s features, store your pet records, display your history and reminders, sync your data across your devices where applicable, provide technical support, and maintain security and performance.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or behavioral targeting. We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. We do not use your data for third-party AI training, model optimization, or unrelated commercial purposes. We only use data in ways that support the functions you request within the app.

Part 3 – User Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access your information, correct inaccurate information, delete data, export your records, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can also request help regarding your account or content by contacting us at Ravindrankhemani@icloud.com. If you would like to delete your data or receive an export of your information, please contact us using that email address.

Part 4 – AI Processing

Any AI-related processing used by Drim is performed exclusively on our own internal servers. We do not use third-party AI services to process user data.

AI processing is used only to support app functionality and is not used for advertising, profiling, or training external models. User data processed for these features is deleted after processing unless it must be retained to provide the requested result in your account history or another user-controlled feature.

We do not use user data to train or improve external AI models, and we do not permit third parties to access your content for AI-related purposes.

Part 5 – Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the app and fulfill the purposes described in this policy.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it where appropriate.

Part 6 – Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or app features. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice within the app or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of Drim after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised policy.

Part 7 – Face Data / Biometric Information

Drim does not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, face template creation, or biometric analysis. We do not use face data to identify a person or infer identity.

If any image or media is processed as part of a user-requested feature, it is handled only to provide that feature and is deleted after processing unless you choose to save it in your account.

Part 8 – Children's Privacy

Drim is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we become aware that we have collected information from a user under 17, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Part 9 – International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in different regions where our servers, infrastructure providers, or service operations are located. This means your data may be transferred across national borders.

When such transfers occur, we use reasonable safeguards intended to protect your information in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

Part 10 – Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to help protect user data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit and/or at rest where appropriate, logging, monitoring, and limited access to systems and data.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your device and account access secure.

Part 11 – Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data.

We do NOT share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party except as necessary for limited infrastructure operations described below, and only under strict controls.

We do NOT use any third-party AI services to process user data. All AI processing is performed exclusively on our own internal servers.

We may use a limited number of third-party service providers for cloud storage, server hosting, content delivery, or basic infrastructure operations. These providers act solely on our behalf and under our instructions, are bound by contractual obligations to protect data security, and are not permitted to use user data for any purpose beyond what we instruct.

Third parties are not allowed to use your data for advertising, user profiling, AI training, model optimization, their own purposes, redistribution, or independent access to user content.
